Old Town Alexandria is filled with rich history and beauty, perfect for an early morning engagement session!
For most sessions, I like to go in with a plan but mostly see how the day pans out. Maybe, the couple gravitates to a different part of a location that I originally planned or maybe, like in this session, there is an art display that is perfect for the shoot. Like the “I Love You” sign displayed on the waterfront. Whatever it may be I like to make sure to be aware of my surroundings and adjust to my settings, as to not miss the perfect photo opportunity.
Sarah and Charles were the perfect couple to do my first engagement shoot back with. They were easy to photograph, because they were so in love that they were doing all the posing for me. All I did to capture these photos was place them in position and stand back and observe. I think through these photos you can see just how true their love is.
